   Happy Monday!  If it's not a good Monday for you, go get some coffee and/or chocolate to perk you up a bit, as it's time for the Monday quickie!  Today's quickie is for the web developers, designers and masters out there!  I have two articles for you with some design ideas or plugins to make your lives easier!

   This article by Neil Patel is a great reference for anyone running a Wordpress site who wants to increase their views and save time in managing the site.  This article covers a range of plugins from SEO, to security, optimization and community interaction.  I'm working with a friend currently on a new site and this was one of the first things we did after setting up the Wordpress site, is to see what plugins to add in to make our lives easier.  Neil does a great job explaining what each plugin does and how it helps you.  I highly recommend bookmarking that!  Or, bookmarking this page. :)

New Web Design and Development Resources [link]

   OXP (One Extra Pixel) provides a comprehensive post on a regular basis providing new resources for designers and developers.  These resources can be anything from User Interface designs for apps, to icon packs for websites or template files for flyers or sites.  Some of the highlights from this article are:

• A two-column resume template.
• Geometic styled business cards.
• Several icon packs.
• JQuery Slider

   Even if you can't use any of these resources, they might give you some new ideas, or you might even have a friend who might need these.  I like reading over OXP's articles as it gives me ideas for the websites I manage.
